All direct orders from Princeton Satellite Systems are completely electronic. When the order has been processed, an email containing instructions for accessing the software from our servers will be sent to the email address provided with the order. Once the software has been downloaded, the customer is encouraged to make a CD or other backup for their own convenience. PSS will be happy to allow the
customer to re-download the software if it is lost.
